Hallo ich hab einen GP-350 der ähnlich aufgebaut zu sein scheint. Das Problem ist, das ich ihn mal umstecken musste und dabei die zeit wohl zukurz war und wohl eine Spannungspitze entstanden ist. Kurzum Sicherung durch und eine Diode durch. Hab ich ersetzt danach hab ich ihn wieder reingesteckt und mit einem Labornetzteil versucht ihn zu überprüfen als DC Quelle. Er leuchtete grün auf speiste ein und regelte hoch. Dann gabs wieder bumb Sicherung durch.
Die Mosfets scheinen alle ok zu sein (hab ich durchgemessen). Die Sicherung wird in alle ihre Bestandteile zerlegt, deswegen vermute ich einen Kurzschluss nahe an der Sicherung auf der 230V Seite.
Ich hab den verdacht das der kleine Traffo T2 durchschlägt wenn ich ihn aber durchmesse hab ich nen Widerstand also nicht 0. Ich vermute aber trozdem das wenn der 230V bekommt überschlägt. Wie kann ich den testen bzw. es steht auch keine Bezeichnung drauf, wo bekomm ich den als Ersatzteil her?

Hi Peter,

Do you have a photo, or can take a photo of the inverter printed circuit board? That way we can look.
I do not immediatly see T2 on my photo's
If the AC fuse blows, then indeed, you can rule out the DC side.

now i know that it is not a transformer it s an "common mode choke" but i did not know the mH and the Ampers

Hi Peter,

If it's a common mode choke, maybe you can use one from a discarded PC power supply (or other power supply).
With a picture I can see it better.

The GTI has a basic line filter on the AC side, it's filter coil should be right near the AC input socket.

Also make sure the GTI is earthed....I learned that with high spikes (up to 800V) when switching of fluorecents with magnetic ballasts.
The AC side FET's on the GTI don't like that...
It took me a while to figure that out...

I could prove it with oscilloscope and singe shot capture.

The Fuse imediattely "explode" if AC is plugged, so i think there was the sinwave moved so it got an over voltage. so i checked all capacitor arround the choke an one capacitor has got wrong capacity.

i Demage the iron core of the choke so i Need to Change it too, but there is no model number or something else.
I think it should 1,25A for the 350W (China Watts ) But i Need the mH of the choke.

I have no idea of the value, but I think it will be fine with a similar coil from a discarded PC power supply line filter.
That should be comparable in power.

You could test it (bridge the connections) without the coil in place. It should work If there is nothing else broken.
I do recommend in the long term to replace it, since it has less resistance to noise/grid spikes/etc with half of the line filter missing.
If it still blows, check all 4 AC FETs for shorts.

ps: looks like a powerjack/sun brand GTI. Not KD, but they share the same idea's.

I've already checkt all mosfets.
I will buy some coils and will check them by making noise.

hallo zusammen

ich habe auch diesen GTI inverter welcher vor paar tagen ausgefallen ist. Die AC-Sicherung ist kaputt und R65 & C37 sind abgebrannt.

R65 konnte ich an der Zahl ermitteln 1001 = 1kohm
C37 lässt sich nichts erkennen, sogar mit einer Lupe 10x , -> wer kann helfen. Mit Multimeter wird 45nF angezeigt

was könnte noch defekt sein? alles andere auf dem Board sieht normal aus.
