Hi, I am puzzled by the connections between stator A and B. I tried to cast the stators the same, I had to make these connections to get a output. Comments welcomes.

i think your star connection on stator A is not correct. Here is my solution for the, i hope, correct connection for the star point???

How many magnets are mounted for 12 coils? The right number must be 16.
If you mount the phases of the three plates in series, you must be sure that
there is no offset between the plates.

Hallo, ich muss von einen Fehler gemacht, als ich die Anschlüsse für die Spulen der Stator-A, bevor sie in den Stator gegossen wurden. Ich glaube, die Anschlüsse für einen Star 3-Phasen sollte so Stefan suggeriert. Ich habe Test jedes Stator, einem Zeitpunkt als Star 3-Phasen, und sie hatten jeweils die gleiche Leistung, 6 VAC @ ca. 60 RPM ohne Last. Ich habe die Statoren Spulen vertikal übereinander ausgerichtet, ohne Offset und ich habe 16 Magnete auf jedem Rotor. Ich werde versuchen, Flip Stator A, um zu sehen, ob es besser ausführt. Hi, I must of made a mistake when I made the connections for the coils of stator A before they were cast in the stator. I believe the connections for a Star 3 phase should be as Stefan is suggesting. I did test each stator, one at time as a Star 3 phase and they each had the same output, 6 VAC @ about 60 RPM with no load. I do have the stators coils aligned vertically above each other and I have 16 magnets on each rotor. I am going try to flip stator A over to see if it performs better. Greetings, project update, L1 and L2 is shorted together on stator A. Casting new stator. I am surprised I was able to find a connection scheme that was able to produce anything. I will post results when available.

Greetings, kitchen cutting boards make a great mold if you can cut it using a CNC router. I do enjoy the fabrication process when it works.

Now you put out the two connectors for each phase separtely ?

Greetings, 3 inputs, 3 outputs for each stator. I had to use 22 AWG wire, I run out of 18 AWG. The new stators are 2 in hand, 22 AWG, 100 turns, 2.6 ohms phase on each stator. I am taking time to make sure there are no shorts and each phase has continuity before I cast the stators. I will post test results when available. Enjoy the day.

Project update:

Completed all new stators.

Stacking the stators and rotors in a vertical configuration definitely works. The voltages add up as more stators and rotors are added. The configuration uses less magnets than a dual rotor configuration with the same coil count. Earlier reported problems have all been resolved, the solution was making sure the coil connection were all correct before casting the stators. I am will post test results when available. Thank you for the help I have been receiving.

Abgeschlossen alle neuen Statoren.

Stapeln der Statoren und Rotoren in einer vertikalen Konfiguration funktioniert definitiv. Die Spannungen addieren sich, da mehr Statoren und Rotoren hinzugefügt werden. Die Konfiguration wird weniger Magneten als ein Doppelrotor-Konfiguration mit der gleichen Spule zählen. Frühere gemeldete Probleme alle gelöst wurden, wurde die Lösung machen, dass die Spulenanschluss alle richtig vor dem Gießen die Statoren wurden. Ich bin die post Testergebnisse, wenn verfügbar.
